Ways to pay

Find a payment route that works for you.

Pay from the Ally app or website.

Make one-time payments or use Auto Pay to set up recurring payments, all with no additional payment fees. Be sure to have your bank account number and routing number on hand when making a payment.

Pay by text.

Get a text reminder seven days before your monthly payment is due and reply “PAY” to send your payment. Go to Alerts to add your mobile number and set up text reminders.

Pay using your bank's bill pay feature.

Set up a bill payment through your bank using your vehicle account number and payment amount. Your bank might require additional information, including the payment address.

Pay through ACI Payments, Inc.

Call 1-888-631-8930 to use the ACI Pay feature. You’ll need to have your vehicle account number, your bank account number or card number, and your ZIP code on hand. Keep in mind, ACI Payments Inc. is a third party that charges a $4 money transfer fee for its payment services, which is in addition to your payment amount.

Pay online with a debit card.

Make a one-time, online debit card payment through CheckFreePay . You'll need to have your vehicle account number, your debit card number, and your ZIP code on hand. Keep in mind, CheckFreePay is a third party that charges a $3.75 fee for its payment services, which is in addition to your payment amount.

MoneyGram

You can visit a MoneyGram location near you to make a one-time payment. Keep in mind, MoneyGram is a third party that charges a fee for its payment services, which is in addition to your payment amount.

Select your vehicle from your Snapshot and select Make a Payment from your vehicle details. Enter your payment amount, follow the instructions and submit your payment. You can also pay by selecting Payments from your vehicle details and following the prompts. Auto Pay

If you already have an Ally account but you don't see your vehicle on your Snapshot you'll need to add your vehicle to your account.
To do this, log in and select Add a Vehicle from the Account menu. We'll ask you for some basic information when you enroll, including your Social Security number/Tax ID and your VIN/account number.
You can also enroll via the Ally app. Download for iPhone and Android .

Yes. To make an auto payment greater than the amount noted on your bill, include the additional amount when making your payment. This can be done using any of our available payment methodologies.
